Return & Exchange Policy

Items with tagging that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost and service charge for the return will be borned by the customer.

However, customers are advised to notify us at sales@qamissqa.com by quoting the order number and the product details.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-refundable. All accessories including jewellery, bags, shoes and hair accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable too.

If the item does not fit customer, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.

However, during peak season (Raya Puasa and Raya Haji season), customer is advised to choose the item correctly before making payment as changing items are not allowed during peak season.
