Return & Exchange Policy

For return, if you receive faulty(wrong)/defect items purchased on www.qamissqa.com, return will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). The shipping cost will be borned by QAMISSQA.

For exchange, items with tagging that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost and service charge for the return will be borned by the customer. 

Items that do not meet the criteria above will be denied. 


However, customers are advised to notify us at sales@qamissqa.com or WhatsApp +6013 8804 804 (Admin Iqa) by quoting the order number and the product details (name of item, colour, size).

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-refundable. All accessories including jewellery, bags, shoes and hair accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable too.

If the item does not fit customer, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.

However, during peak season (Raya Puasa and Raya Haji season), customer is advised to choose the item correctly before making payment as changing items are not allowed during peak season.
